With Mindspace, I bring together a range of offerings grounded in my fields of interest, training and experience:

Mindfulness, counselling, coaching, parenting and being active outdoors in our natural environment.

Mindspace offers a way to find a spaciousness in our approach to life:

releasing old patterns and opening towards new possibilities for engagement with the world.

My role is to be a guide and facilitator as we engage together with conversation and practices directed towards personal growth, enrichment, well-being and change.
